IT IS NOT A MIRAGE, IT IS A REAL OASIS

As I thanked The Lord for His protection and provision, especially during this trying time, He showed me a beautiful, lush oasis in the middle of a desert. I asked Him what that meant, and He answered: ”Don’t be fooled, what you see is not a mirage, it is a real oasis! It is not your imagination, your desperation, the intense heat! It is real!”

As I pressed for more understanding, Holy Spirit started speaking to me about the meaning of the vision.

A mirage is an optical illusion caused by atmospheric conditions, especially the appearance of a sheet of water in a desert or on a hot road caused by the refraction of light from the sky by heated air. He said: ”The favor and protection you’re experiencing, in this harsh environment, is not caused by your desperation or imagination, it is not temporary it is real, it is permanent.”

An oasis is a lush, green area, made fertile by a source of freshwater in an otherwise dry and arid region. Oasis are irrigated by natural springs or other underground water sources. They are formed by strong winds that cut in areas of the desert and uncover underground water and also pressure that forces water to the surface.

“As trials and tribulations in this life, cut through your soul and apply pressure on every side, you have been forced to press into Me like never before, causing the living waters inside of you to spring forth and produce life in the barren places!”

I have placed you in the middle of the desert, in an oasis, so green, so lush and plentiful, it will never run dry as long as you keep in Me, and make Me your only life source! But this oasis it is not just for you, it is for others as well.

Just as an oasis is essential for caravans to replenish their supply of food and water, so will you be blessed to bless others. You will offer them hope, counsel, provision and love. It all comes from Me! I am THE LIFE SOURCE!

Keep in Me! Neverending springs of fresh water, flow to the surface from the depth of your relationship with Me! The deeper the intimacy, the deeper the well! Everything around you is dry, dead, barren, hopeless, desolate and lifeless. But I have caused you to prosper in the middle of it so that you can be a blessing to the thirsty,weary,hopeless world around you! Your unwavering faith,trust and hope in Me and My promises, has caused this oasis to flourish in the middle of the desert places.

Oasis means”Dwelling Place”. ”Because you have made Me your dwelling place,I will cause you to dwell in Me, my blessings, protection and favor! You are protected in the midst of the scorching heat,you will lack no good thing, for in Me you have everything and more!

Psalm 107:35-36 He turned the desert into pools of water     and the parched ground into flowing springs; 36 there he brought the hungry to live,     and they founded a city where they could settle. The Redeemed Return to Zion

ISAIAH 35  The wilderness and dry land will be joyously glad!

1 The desert will blossom like a rose and rejoice! 2 Every dry and barren place will burst forth with abundant blossoms,     dancing and spinning with delight!     Lebanon’s lush splendor covers it,     the magnificent beauty of Carmel[c] and Sharon.     My people will see the awesome glory of Yahweh,     the beautiful grandeur of our God. 3 Strengthen those who are discouraged.     Energize those who feel defeated. 4 Say to the anxious and fearful,     “Be strong and never afraid.     Look, here comes your God!     He is breaking through to give you victory!     He comes to avenge your enemies.     With divine retribution he comes to save you!” 5 Then blind eyes will open and deaf ears will hear. 6 Then the lame will leap[i] like playful deer     and the tongue-tied will sing songs of triumph.     Gushing water will spring up in the wilderness     and streams will flow through the desert. 7 The burning sand will become a refreshing oasis,     the parched ground bubbling springs,     and the dragon’s lair a meadow     with grass, reeds, and papyrus. 8 There will be a highway of holiness called the Sacred Way.     The impure will not be permitted on this road,     but it will be accessible to God’s people.     And not even fools will lose their way. 9 The lion will not be found there;     no wild beast will travel on it—     they will not be found there.     But the redeemed will find a pathway on it. 10 Yahweh’s ransomed ones will return with glee to Zion.     They will enter with a song of rejoicing     and be crowned with everlasting joy.     Ecstatic joy will overwhelm them;     weariness and grief will disappear!
